2 · The Event
On November 20, 2026, CJ is invited to an evening at Penthouse 45 built around three main elements:
1 · Giveaway
A giveaway for the people who won items in our videos — PlayStations and other prizes, plus smaller items — handed out in person to the community on the night.
2 · #1 Celebration
A celebration for going #1 in Puerto Rico and on the Latin charts with Change The.WAV's record with Rick Bars, honoring the achievement alongside the community.
3 · Performances
Live performances from artists on the bill throughout the evening.
3 · Scope of Appearance
No Performance Required
CJ is not required to perform under this agreement. There is no musical or stage-performance obligation of any kind.
Required Time — one (1) hour
CJ's required appearance is limited to one (1) hour. This is the only portion of the event CJ is obligated to fulfill.
Giveaway Participation
CJ agrees to take part in the giveaway — helping hand out the prizes and items and interacting with attendees during the required window.
Optional Extended Stay
CJ is welcome to remain at the event beyond the required time if they choose. Any time beyond the required window is strictly optional and at CJ's sole discretion — no additional obligation or compensation is tied to extended presence.

5 · No-Show & Cancellation
A. Artist No-Show
If CJ fails to appear at the event on November 20, 2026 without prior written notice and the Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid in connection with this appearance.
B. Reschedule or Full Refund
In the event of a no-show, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. CJ agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.
C. Notice of Cancellation
If CJ must cancel, CJ agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
D. Company Cancellation
If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than Artist no-show, any compensation already paid will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the appearance to a rescheduled date.
6 · General Terms
On-Time Arrival
CJ agrees to arrive at Penthouse 45 on time and ready for the one (1) hour appearance on November 20, 2026.
Completion of Hours
CJ agrees to fulfill the full one (1) hour appearance as scheduled, including participation in the giveaway and engagement with attendees.
Conduct
CJ agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the community-focused and celebratory nature of the event.
Content & Likeness
CJ grants the Company permission to capture and use photos and video from the appearance for promotional purposes related to the event and the Company's community work.
Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between CJ and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this appearance. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
7 · Compensation
Appearance Fee — one (1) hour
$3,000
Flat fee for the one (1) hour appearance on November 20, 2026. No performance is required and no additional compensation is tied to any time beyond the required window.
Deposit At Signing
$1,500
A $1,500 deposit is sent to CJ at signing, with the remaining balance on the way.
This appearance is sponsored by Change The.WAV.
8 · Signature
Artist or Authorized Signer
By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this Appearance Agreement for the November 20, 2026 #1 Celebration & Giveaway at Penthouse 45. You are required for a one (1) hour appearance with no performance required, and upon signing a $1,500 deposit is sent to CJ, with the remaining balance on the way.
A signed copy confirmation will be sent to this email.
