Required Appearance

DJ — holding down the music for the event

2 · Scope of Services

Required Time

The DJ's required appearance is limited to two (2) hours during the event on September 13, 2026. This is the only portion of the event the DJ is obligated to fulfill.

Optional Extended Stay

The DJ is welcome to remain at the event beyond the required 2 hours if they choose to do so. Any time beyond the required 2 hours is strictly optional and at the DJ's sole discretion — no additional obligation or compensation is tied to extended presence.

Equipment

The DJ agrees to provide their own DJ equipment unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company. Any equipment needs beyond what the DJ provides must be coordinated and approved in advance.

Role

The DJ will hold down the music for the full event, supporting the celebratory and community-focused atmosphere of the Back in Town Celebration.

Social Media — Story Posts Only

The DJ's only social media obligation is one (1) Instagram story post before the event and one (1) story post on the day of the event. No additional posts, grid posts, reels, or further engagement of any kind is required from the DJ.

3 · Compensation & Deposit Upon Signing

$500

$250

Payment Terms

Total compensation for DJ services is $500. Upon signing this agreement, the DJ will receive a $250 deposit. The remaining $250 balance is payable per the terms agreed between the DJ and Blu Prnt Era LLC.

4 · No-Show & Cancellation

A. DJ No-Show

If the DJ fails to appear at the event on September 13, 2026, without prior written notice and Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid to the DJ in connection with this engagement.

B. Reschedule or Full Refund

In the event of a no-show by the DJ, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The DJ agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.

C. Notice of Cancellation

If the DJ must cancel, the DJ agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.

D. Company Cancellation

If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than DJ no-show, any compensation already paid to the DJ will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the engagement to a rescheduled date.

5 · General Terms

Conduct

The DJ agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the celebratory and community-focused nature of the event.

Content & Likeness

The DJ grants the Company permission to capture and use photos and video from the engagement for promotional purposes related to the event and the Company's community work.

Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between the DJ and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this engagement. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.

6 · Signature

By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this DJ Appearance Agreement for the Back in Town Celebration on September 13, 2026. Upon signing, you will receive your $250 deposit.
