This Agreement is entered into between DJ Chulo ("Artist") and Change The Wav ("Company"), with Rick Bars (Ricky Rodriguez) acting as the party responsible for content reach, and Jenny Almanzar as an authorized signatory on behalf of the Company.

Section 01

Float Branding & Logo Placement

Change The Wav's logo shall be prominently placed on the event float. DJ Chulo agrees to the display of said logo for the duration of the event and related promotional content.

Section 02

Content Reach Requirement (4–5 Million Views)

The promotional content produced in connection with this engagement must achieve a minimum of four million (4,000,000) to five million (5,000,000) views on YouTube. Rick Bars (Ricky Rodriguez) is solely responsible for meeting this content reach requirement.

Section 03

Banners & On-Site Promotion

Event banners will be on and fully displayed during the event. DJ Chulo shall ensure the banners are printed, installed, and visible throughout the event as agreed.

Section 04

Payment Schedule

  • At SigningDJ Chulo receives a deposit of $4,000, and Rick Bars (Ricky Rodriguez) receives $1,500, payable immediately upon execution of this Agreement.
  • Full BalanceNo later than August 2, 2026, both Rick Bars and DJ Chulo shall receive their respective full balance payments.
  • DJ Chulo TotalDJ Chulo's total compensation under this Agreement is $6,000 — comprising the $4,000 deposit at signing plus the remaining balance due no later than August 2.

Section 05

Commitment to Delivery

The banners must be present and fully displayed on-site for the duration of the event, and Change The Wav must be actively promoted throughout. Should either obligation not be met, the full amount shall be refunded to Change The Wav, or its approved party. This good-faith commitment ensures both parties are aligned on delivering the event as agreed.
