DJ Set

2 to 3 hours of DJing (clean records preferred)

Required Appearance

2 · Scope of DJ Appearance

DJ Set — 2 to 3 Hours

The DJ agrees to perform a live DJ set of two (2) to three (3) hours during the event. This is the sole performance obligation under this agreement.

Clean Records Preferred

The DJ agrees to play clean records (radio-friendly edits) preferred throughout the set, in keeping with the community-focused and all-ages nature of the event.

Role

The DJ will provide music and atmosphere in support of the community giveaway and mental health awareness initiative. The DJ agrees to be present and perform the set during the agreed window.

Social Media — One Story + One Post

The DJ's only social media obligation is one (1) Instagram story post before the event and one (1) regular Instagram post. No additional posts, reels, or further engagement of any kind is required from the DJ.

3 · Community Impact & Past Initiatives

This event continues Blu Prnt Era's ongoing commitment to community giveback and mental health awareness. Below are examples of past giveaways and fundraisers the Company has organized in support of communities in need.

Puerto Rico Water Giveaway

Distributed clean drinking water to families across Puerto Rico communities in need.

Back to School Drive

Provided backpacks and school supplies to local youth ahead of the school year.

Community Giveback Events

Hosted giveaways offering food, clothing, and essentials to neighborhoods across New York.

Mental Health Awareness

Used each platform to share positive messages and resources supporting mental wellness.

4 · Deposit Upon Signing

At Signing

$2,500

Paid to the DJ upon signing this agreement.

On Arrival

$2,500

Paid to the DJ upon arrival at the event on November 14, 2026.

Total compensation for this DJ appearance is $5,000, split evenly between signing and arrival.

5 · No-Show & Cancellation

A. DJ No-Show

If the DJ fails to appear at the event on November 14, 2026, without prior written notice and Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid to the DJ in connection with this appearance.

B. Reschedule or Full Refund

In the event of a no-show by the DJ, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The DJ agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.

C. Notice of Cancellation

If the DJ must cancel, the DJ agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.

D. Company Cancellation

If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than DJ no-show, any compensation already paid to the DJ will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the appearance to a rescheduled date.

6 · General Terms

Conduct

The DJ agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the community-focused and mental health awareness nature of the event.

Content & Likeness

The DJ grants the Company permission to capture and use photos and video from the appearance and set for promotional purposes related to the event and the Company's community work.

Equipment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the DJ is responsible for providing their own equipment, music library, and any gear required to perform the set.

Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between the DJ and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this appearance. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
