2 · Compensation & Payment Terms
Total Compensation
$3,500

| Final Balance | 50% | $1,750 | Payable On-Arrival. Must be settled via App/Cash before the Artist takes the stage. |
3 · Artist Deliverables
- Social Media2 Grid Posts + 2 Story Posts (following Company schedule).
- Performance3 Live Songs + 20-minute stage appearance/vibe with the DJ.
- NetworkingMingle with brand sponsors; personal introductions facilitated by Company.
- OnboardingMandatory virtual or in-person meeting required upon receipt of deposit.
4 · Cancellation & Credit Roll-Over
A. Artist No-Show or Cancellation
In the event of an Artist no-show or cancellation, the Artist must return the 50% deposit in full to the Company within five (5) business days.
B. Company Cancellation & Kill Fee
If the Company cancels the engagement, the Artist is entitled to keep 15% of the total fee as a "kill fee." Any deposit funds held beyond this 15% must be returned to the Company.
C. Deposit Roll-Over Option
The parties may choose to roll over the deposit to a future performance or appearance. Mutual consent is required for the new date and event details. 100% of the initial deposit will be applied as a credit toward the new agreed-upon date.
