Required Appearance

45 minutes to 1 hour (maximum)

Performance

1 Song — "Been Gone" (clean version preferred)

2 · Scope of Appearance & Performance

Performance — 1 Song

The Artist agrees to perform one (1) song during the appearance. The preferred song is "Been Gone", with the clean version preferred. The performance is the sole musical obligation under this agreement.

Positive Message to the Youth & Crowd

The Artist agrees to leave a positive, uplifting message directed to the youth and the general crowd in attendance. This message should support the event's focus on mental health awareness and community encouragement.

Required Time

The Artist's required appearance is limited to forty-five (45) minutes to one (1) hour maximum. This is the only portion of the event the Artist is obligated to fulfill.

Optional Extended Stay

The Artist is welcome to remain at the event beyond the required time if they choose to do so. Any time beyond the required window is strictly optional and at the Artist's sole discretion — no additional obligation or compensation is tied to extended presence.

Role

Artist will make a guest appearance in support of the community giveaway and mental health awareness initiative. The Artist agrees to be present, deliver the performance and positive message, and engage with attendees during the required window.

3 · Community Impact & Past Initiatives

This event continues Blu Prnt Era's ongoing commitment to community giveback and mental health awareness. Below are examples of past giveaways and fundraisers the Company has organized in support of communities in need.

Puerto Rico Water Giveaway

Distributed clean drinking water to families across Puerto Rico communities in need.

Back to School Drive

Provided backpacks and school supplies to local youth ahead of the school year.

Community Giveback Events

Hosted giveaways offering food, clothing, and essentials to neighborhoods across New York.

Mental Health Awareness

Used each platform to share positive messages and resources supporting mental wellness.

4 · Compensation

At Signing

$2,500

Paid to the Artist upon signing this agreement.

On Arrival

$2,500

Paid to the Artist upon arrival at the event on November 14, 2026.

Total compensation for this appearance and performance is $5,000, split evenly between signing and arrival.

5 · No-Show & Cancellation

A. Artist No-Show

If the Artist fails to appear at the event on November 14, 2026, without prior written notice and Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid to the Artist in connection with this appearance.

B. Reschedule or Full Refund

In the event of a no-show by the Artist, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The Artist agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.

C. Notice of Cancellation

If the Artist must cancel, the Artist agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.

D. Company Cancellation

If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than Artist no-show, any compensation already paid to the Artist will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the appearance to a rescheduled date.

6 · General Terms

Conduct

The Artist agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the community-focused and mental health awareness nature of the event.

Content & Likeness

The Artist grants the Company permission to capture and use photos and video from the appearance and performance for promotional purposes related to the event and the Company's community work.

Agreement

This document represents the full agreement between the Artist and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this appearance and performance. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.

7 · Signature

Artist or Authorized Signer

By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this Appearance & Performance Agreement for the November 14, 2026 Community Giveaway & Mental Health Awareness Event. Upon signing, your $2,500 signing deposit will be sent, with the remaining $2,500 payable on arrival.
