Required Appearance

2 · Scope of Appearance
Giveaway Support
La Mas Doll will make a guest appearance at the Back in Town Celebration on September 13, 2026, and will assist with the community giveaway portion of the event — helping distribute items, engage with attendees, and support the flow of the giveaway alongside the Blu Prnt Era team.
Changethewav Brand Collab
As part of this appearance, La Mas Doll agrees to wear the sponsor's brand Changethewav during the event. This includes wearing Changethewav apparel or merchandise provided for the collaboration, representing the brand throughout the required appearance window.
Required Time
La Mas Doll's required appearance is limited to two (2) hours during the event. This is the only portion of the event she is obligated to fulfill.
Optional Extended Stay
La Mas Doll is welcome to remain at the event beyond the required 2 hours if she chooses to do so. Any time beyond the required 2 hours is strictly optional and at her sole discretion — no additional obligation is tied to extended presence.
Social Media — Story Posts Only
La Mas Doll's only social media obligation is one (1) Instagram story post before the event and one (1) story post on the day of the event. No additional posts, grid posts, reels, or further engagement of any kind is required.
3 · Compensation & Deposit Upon Signing
Total Compensation
$1,500
Deposit Upon Signing
$750
Payment Terms
Total compensation for the appearance is $1,500. Upon signing this agreement, La Mas Doll will receive a $750 deposit. The remaining $750 balance is payable per the terms agreed between La Mas Doll and Blu Prnt Era LLC.
4 · No-Show & Cancellation
A. Talent No-Show
If La Mas Doll fails to appear at the event on September 13, 2026, without prior written notice and Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid in connection with this engagement.
B. Reschedule or Full Refund
In the event of a no-show, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. La Mas Doll agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.
C. Notice of Cancellation
If La Mas Doll must cancel, she agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
D. Company Cancellation
If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than talent no-show, any compensation already paid will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the engagement to a rescheduled date.
5 · General Terms
Conduct
La Mas Doll agrees to conduct herself in a professional manner consistent with the celebratory and community-focused nature of the event.
Brand Representation
While wearing Changethewav, La Mas Doll agrees to represent the sponsor brand positively and in alignment with the collaborative spirit of the event.
Content & Likeness
La Mas Doll grants the Company and Changethewav permission to capture and use photos and video from the engagement for promotional purposes related to the event, the collaboration, and the Company's community work.
Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between La Mas Doll and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this engagement. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
6 · Signature
La Mas Doll Signature
By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this Appearance Agreement for the Back in Town Celebration on September 13, 2026, including the Changethewav brand collaboration. Upon signing, you will receive your $750 deposit.
