Required Appearance
1 hour (any time during the event)
2 · Scope of Appearance
Required Time
The Artist's required appearance is limited to one (1) hour. The Artist may fulfill this hour at any time during the duration of the event, at the Artist's discretion.
Optional Extended Stay
The Artist is welcome to remain at the event beyond the required one hour if they choose to do so. Any time beyond the required hour is strictly optional and at the Artist's sole discretion — no additional obligation or compensation is tied to extended presence.
Role
Artist will make a guest appearance in support of the community event. The Artist agrees to be present, participate in the planned moments of the appearance, and engage with attendees during the required window.
Social Media — Story Post
The Artist's only social media obligation is one (1) story post before the event. No additional posts, grid posts, reels, or further engagement of any kind is required from the Artist.
3 · Compensation & Deposit
Total Compensation
$4,000
Total compensation for the appearance and the one (1) story post before the event.
Upon Signing This Agreement
$1,500 Deposit
Upon signing this agreement, the Artist will receive a $1,500 deposit. The remaining $2,500 balance is due and payable to the Artist upon arrival at the event on September 13, 2026.
4 · No-Show & Cancellation
A. Artist No-Show
If the Artist fails to appear at the event on September 13, 2026, without prior written notice and Company's agreement, the Company reserves the right to either (i) reschedule the event to a different date, or (ii) request a full refund of any compensation paid to the Artist in connection with this appearance.
B. Reschedule or Full Refund
In the event of a no-show by the Artist, the parties agree that the Company's sole and exclusive remedies are to move the event to a mutually agreed different date, or to receive a full refund of all amounts paid. The Artist agrees to cooperate in good faith with whichever remedy the Company elects.
C. Notice of Cancellation
If the Artist must cancel, the Artist agrees to provide written notice to the Company as early as possible. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will be treated as a no-show for the purposes of this clause unless both parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
D. Company Cancellation
If the Company cancels the engagement for reasons other than Artist no-show, any compensation already paid to the Artist will be handled in good faith between the parties, and the Company may apply the appearance to a rescheduled date.
5 · General Terms
Conduct
The Artist agrees to conduct themselves in a professional manner consistent with the celebratory and community-focused nature of the event.
Content & Likeness
The Artist grants the Company permission to capture and use photos and video from the appearance for promotional purposes related to the event and the Company's community work.
Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the Artist and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding this appearance. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
6 · Signature
Artist Signature
By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this Appearance Agreement for the September 13, 2026 event. Upon signing, you will receive your $1,500 deposit, with the remaining $2,500 balance paid upon your arrival at the event.
