Recording & Delivery
Nandi Summers agrees to record and deliver the vocal backing and verse in a clean, release-ready format as requested by the Companies for Rick Bars' record "How It Goes".
Timeline
Nandi Summers agrees to complete and deliver the vocal backing and verse within two (2) months from the date of signing this agreement.
3 · Work For Hire
Ownership
All vocal recordings and contributions provided by Nandi Summers under this agreement are a work for hire. Upon payment, all rights, title, and interest in the recordings, including the right to use, reproduce, and distribute them, are fully owned by Blu Prnt Era LLC and Change The Wav.
No Further Obligation
The $500 flat fee is the full and only compensation due. There are no royalties, points, or ongoing payments owed beyond this fee.
Credit
Nandi Summers will receive appropriate credit as a contributing vocalist on the song, where applicable.
4 · General Terms
Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between Nandi Summers and the Companies regarding this work for hire. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by both parties.
Professional Conduct
Nandi Summers agrees to deliver the work in a professional, timely manner consistent with industry standards.
5 · Compensation
At Signing
$250
Deposit paid to Nandi Summers upon signing this agreement.
On Delivery
$250
Balance paid upon delivery of the completed recording.
Total compensation for this work for hire is $500, split as a $250 deposit at signing and a $250 balance upon delivery.
6 · Signature
Artist or Authorized Signer
By signing below with your full legal name and signature, you agree to all terms stated in this Nandi Summers Opportunity for vocal backing and a verse as a featured vocalist on Rick Bars' record "How It Goes". You have two (2) months from signing to complete the recording. Upon signing, your $250 deposit is on the way, with the remaining $250 payable on delivery.
