2 · Scope of Marketing

Campaign

Blu Prnt Era LLC will run a digital marketing campaign for the single "Universe" by A1$tackUp over a 5-month term. The campaign will focus on growing the audio's views and reach across targeted platforms.

Goal

The goal of the campaign is to get the audio to 500,000 to 1,000,000 views over the term of this agreement.

3 · Budget & Recoup

Marketing Budget

$10,000

Total marketing budget provided by the Label for the "Universe" campaign. This amount is inclusive of all labor costs for the campaign.

Recoup Requirement

$1,200

The amount to be recouped by Blu Prnt Era LLC through events and brand deals tied to the campaign.

Recoup Method

The $1,200 recoup requirement will be recouped through events and brand deals generated in connection with the "Universe" campaign. No recoup is required from the Artist's or Label's own funds outside of these channels.

Partial Recoup — Record Share

Because this is a partial recoup contract, Blu Prnt Era LLC and Jenny Ramirez will receive 20% of the record for a period of 5 months after the song is released. This 20% share applies to the record during that 5-month post-release window.

Artist Recoup via Appearances

The Artist may have the ability to recoup through appearances, at the Label's sole discretion. Any such recoup through appearances is optional and subject to the Label's approval and scheduling.

Sub-Label Profit Share (Jenny Pérez)

Any profit made by the sub-label "Jenny Pérez" will be 100% to the sub-label until this deal expires, with the exception that after recoup is met, the sub-label will make 20% on their money. The signer is responsible for making their profit.

4 · General Terms

Term

This agreement runs for a term of 5 months from the campaign start date.

This document represents the full agreement between RunItUpEnt, A1$tackUp, and Blu Prnt Era LLC regarding the "Universe" single marketing deal. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed by all parties.
